Get to know the Artist - Abigail Stallings

Hey y’all! My name is Abigail and I am an artist, educator, illustrator, and of course: stationery designer! I have a BA in Studio Art from Berry College and a MFA in Illustration from the Savannah College of Art and Design. In addition to designing stationery, I also have a passion for teaching and I currently teach as a Professor of Digital Media at the College of Central Florida.

I have always been inspired by florals and nature in my work; and I have an obsession with Floriography - the meaning of flowers and often find ways to incorporate them! I also love using traditional materials in my work; each design begins with a sketch, and is created with watercolor by hand before digital editing!

Aside from art, I have lots of hobbies! I love crafting - currently I am enjoying quilting - as well as music, reading, baking, and hanging out with my sweet puppy, Luna!
